Originally from Toronto, Greg Mountain left behind city life for the satisfaction of farming in the country. In just over two seasons Greg is already co-managing the garden at Whole Circle Farm, where he and his colleagues provide for over 200 locals. He has been farming for three years, is taking part in the North American bio-dynamic apprenticeship and has taken part in two winter intensives on bio-dynamic farming. Whole Circle is an organic and bio-dynamic farm located 10 minutes from Acton. The farm is diversified operation that includes vegetables, grains, dried beans, cows, chickens, pigs, bees and a maple bush. In addition to a summer and winter CSA we sell at the Georgetown Farmers' Market.

Why are we doing this?
Walk this way is out to shed more light on how people can improve their health, no matter what the status of their current health, and to help empower them to prevent or reverse the effects of degenerative disease. We believe that today fundraising is skewed far too much towards research for treatment of disease through methods that only reach the public as a drug. Despite massive fundraising efforts by various organizations to find cures or treatments to lessen the effects disease, rates of many of these diseases continue to rise.
We believe that there needs to be an increased emphasis on prevention of disease and the promotion of optimum health. We dedicate our fundraising efforts to providing a vehicle to educate people on natural methods to maintain and restore their health and assist them in finding a path that will lead them to improved health.
We believe that greater progress can be made toward good health for our population as a whole if the resources are available to empower and educate people on how to prevent or reverse degenerative diseases using natural health and nutritional practices. Our mandate is to bring this message to as many people as possible and to provide them the tools make it happen.
Mission Statement
Education before Medication
Walk this way is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion and education of natural health practices aimed at the prevention of disease and the restoration of optimal health for all.
